If an item is faulty and within 12 months of your invoice date, collection is **Free of Charge (FOC)**. For standard change-of-mind or incorrect product returns, collection is charged at **£10 + VAT**. Larger hardware setups (such as 2U/4U Rack Mounted units) incur a dynamic transit rate of **£45 + VAT**.
